La Floresta
Located right in the most artistic and culinary rich neighborhood of Quito, La Floresta. We have a beautiful view from which you can see 4 of the most important volcanoes around Quito and you wake up to a stimulating scene of gardens and trees. The neighborhood is very safe and you will feel free to experience the local culture around it. 2 blocks away from bus transportation, 3 minutes walk to banks, and 5 minutes to the supermarket. Lots of cafés, craft beer bars, restaurants, and veggie options around.

Of course. We share a lot but we also have our own time and privay very delimited. The house is big enough for you in private rooms or the ones in dorms. Coworking, kitchen, and green areas are alternatives for you to focus on your projects, spare time, or relaxation.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
