Located right in the most artistic and culinary rich neighborhood of Quito, La Floresta. We have a beautiful view from which you can see 4 of the most important volcanoes around Quito and you wake up to a stimulating scene of gardens and trees. The neighborhood is very safe and you will feel free to experience the local culture around it. 2 blocks away from bus transportation, 3 minutes walk to banks, and 5 minutes to the supermarket. Lots of cafés, craft beer bars, restaurants, and veggie options around.

You may or may not have roommates depending on the type of room you choose. In the common areas, you must share different spaces with your roommates. They are like-minded people just like you.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
