Found the whole experience wonderful. Booked online, constant communication which was great as it was my first visit to Mexico. Staff are great on arrival, my room was above expectations and had a swim-up condo. Easy place to work from with its own coworking office, but I had a table in my room I could work from. Staff are great and there is an on-site spa. 5-minute walk to the local street which has great food options, wellness bars, and yoga. All in all, Tulum is great and this coliving is a great option for a long stay.

Loved my stay at Casa.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay in a coliving in La Veleta, Tulum. The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet still close to everything Tulum has to offer, from great restaurants to the beach.
The coliving itself was modern, stylish, and incredibly well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, with a clean, calming aesthetic that really matched the Tulum vibe. The amenities were a huge bonus—especially the pool and communal areas, which made it easy to relax and unwind after a day out exploring.
What really stood out was how comfortable and easy the whole experience felt. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
I’d highly recommend this coliving to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located stay in Tulum. I’ll definitely be coming back!
