The construction of the house aimed to provide comfortable and practical housing for people who were new to the city.
We understand that moving to a new place can be difficult, so we envisioned a space where people could come together, socialize and support each other .
We started as Casa Bella Accommodations in December 2017. Along the way, we have experienced many challenges and achievements until we consolidated our proposal for quality and safe accommodation in the city. Today, with a solid business model, we can offer our guests a unique dynamic when it comes to seasonal and long-term housing. But we are looking for more, we want to innovate once again.
Now, with Bella Haus we incorporate the concept of coliving – shared living space – enabling comfort and practicality, living at home with complete privacy.
Our coliving is full of respect, diversity, friendship, learning and socialization . We offer a pleasant, spacious and functional space perfect for anyone looking for an alternative to traditional apartments.
