My room was really clean.
Without a doubt, highly recommended. New facilities, super beautiful. Great kitchen! Comfortable, cozy rooms. Good location, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral, and super good service from the staff.

Rooms are clean (we rented 3 rooms). There is a kitchen, so you can cook here, and space to take a rest or work. Highly recommended.
So, the venue manager is excellent; she was very responsive and lovely to deal with. The rooms are modern, clean, and if you get a room with a balcony, it has a great view.
However, let’s be clear here, this is not a coliving or an Airbnb (as such); it is a “shared” type of accommodation. The rooms are individual and have their own bathrooms, but due to the shared kitchen and no formal reception or concierge, this venue is more like what I would call “student accommodation.”
Also, we were there on a very hot week, and they have NO air-conditioning (we were told it's “floor cooled”), which does not work, and the room was 26 degrees Celsius at 1 AM. I would have thought that if the rooms on the west side get that hot, they would have at least had floor or ceiling fans.
Our one-night stay in Santiago was excellent. The staff was super friendly at all times. The space is very well-kept and cozy. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare whatever you want, and the dining area is a very practical plus. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely little balcony. Without a doubt, we will repeat.

It was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the drains in the bathroom emitted a strange smell. Otherwise, everyone was very helpful and nice. Perfect location in the city center.

I stayed here twice - before and after walking the Camino. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. The property is clean and well-maintained. I would happily return for another stay next time I’m in Santiago.
