About Homeplace

We offer a wide range of shared houses in some of the best urban locations and commuter hotspots in and around Greater London. Discover your homeplace and find the right home for you – the right SIZE room, the right STYLE room, and of course, the right PRICE to suit you. Tastefully designed for young working professionals.

Simply rent your own private room, sharing the communal areas in the house such as the kitchen, dining and living areas and bathroom where your room is not an ensuite.

We have designed everything to be super easy and all inclusive. As a reputable, trusted landlord we take care of almost everything: utility bills, council tax, broadband, TV licence, weekly cleaning, maintenance and more. This means that you are free to relax and enjoy some well-earned downtime without having to worry about any of this.

Each of our houses includes one or more kitchens and common areas allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world.

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house. Our kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you’ll need to make a home-cooked meal.

Your private bedroom is a good size and comes fully furnished, with a lockable door. Most of our rooms are ensuite, others share a bathroom with one or two other housemates.

We ensure that all of our properties meet and exceed health & safety guidelines (which includes fire inspections, fire alarm testing, boiler servicing and inspections, gas safety certificates, PAT testing of electrical items), amenity standards and have up-to-date House of Multiple Occupation licences. It’s important to us to be above board and squeaky clean at all times.

We answer the phone if there’s a maintenance problem and we sort the problem out right away - we even have our own app for reporting any issues or problems in the property.
