We are entrepreneurs, digital nomads, or people who prefer to get out of the house to work in an inspiring environment. Some of us are travelers, and some of us are from here. We're in JBay because we all share a common mindset that a good balance between work, nature, and outdoor activities is a healthy way to live.
The JBay Coliving team provides the office infrastructure and necessities at the space, but we also lean on members to bring their ideas and good vibes. This is a community project! All rental contributions we receive from members go directly back into improving the space and, hopefully, over time, making JBay a better place to live, work and visit!

My first time at the Green room and I am speechless at how beautiful it is. I am not overreacting. This is a magical place. It was cool on a hot summer day, coffee ready and space for everyone! From private calls to a communal room to sit and work, it was absolutely gorgeous. I had a blast sitting and working with GREAT WI-FI. Would 100% definitely visit again.
This is an incredible co-working space, lovely atmosphere, incredibly kind and helpful staff. I love that I can look at the beach anytime I want to and that the space is aesthetically pleasing. It is privileged to have a work environment like this!
I had a lovely time at the Green Room. They have a diverse selection of packages to choose from depending on your needs for working there.
I chose the hot desk option and worked in a space where anyone can join. It is a quiet zone, so no loud calls. They had comfy chairs and big tables. It was the perfect space for a day's work where I had to concentrate.
It is clean, well-run, and right by the ocean, with tons of nice coffee shops surrounding it. If I have to work from the area again, I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved working from the Green Room! The reception was warm and welcoming, and the space is massive with a great variety of work areas! Free coffee was a bonus, and the vibe was perfect for getting things done.
WiFi was solid overall - just a bit slow that one day with upload speed which only affected a friend uploading YouTube video content. Otherwise, no issues with meetings or calls at all! Well-priced, well-run, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone needing a great coliving space!
The staff were super helpful and friendly. I needed a meeting room on short notice and they sorted me out one time, no hassles. I will definitely be back.
Truly an amazing place. The staff goes above and beyond to create a real community and completely spoil each of the members of it. Really looking forward to coming back again.

To be honest, everything about this coliving is perfect: the villa (wooh), the rooms, the people (like WOOH), the view, the comfort, the spaces, the family dinners, the quietness, the peacefulness, the sound of the waves, the outside shower, the surfboard garage, the parking.. everything.
And this place is just as fantastic; everything about it is great!
You will feel at home and will love it here from the first second you step in.
I've been traveling/living abroad for so many years, and this is top 3 of the best places I've lived in, by far.
