Coliving by La Clique is aimed at young city dwellers, students, and young professionals who are on the move, looking for a social bond and a flexible and qualitative housing offer. Places where we live, where we live, where we share. The colivers live in houses on a human scale, ready to live in and functional, promoting living together and creating a real community. Coliving is currently confined only to large cities. Still, we are convinced that a young person from Arras, Dunkirk, or Valenciennes has the same needs and desires as a young person from Lille, Paris, or Marseille. La Clique has chosen to join the "action heart of the city" approach and is developing its coliving offer exclusively in medium-sized towns. La Clique is committed to sustainably renovating existing buildings and improving their energy performance. The co-living lever then makes it possible to offer new life to the neglected heritage of medium-sized cities. Founded in 2020 by 4 co-founders from the world of real estate and management, La Clique is starting its development in the attractive medium-sized towns of Hauts de France.
