Absolutely love living and working in this colivimg space! The facilities are amazing and everyone who works here is so lovely! Especially during this pandemic it really feels like a home away from home! I recommend it.

I’m really impressed with the high quality that IconInc offers. Their customer service is on point, its location makes it really handy to get around the city, the food is fresh and tasty, and I feel really safe and comfortable living and working here. Props to the staff as well that are lovely. Would really recommend.

Good surprise! The apartment was well stock and clean. Nice size and with everything that I needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was a bit poor but compensate with the chance of preparing some healthy food. Supermarket just 2 blocks away, close to the city centre as well. I recommend it.

Stayed here on a short term contract recently, the sales and site team where so accommodating in providing me a shorter term let, despite it not being something they usually provide. From initial booking to move it to leaving, the whole IconInc staff were incredible. I had such fun and definitely recommend

Each and every single one of the staff is amazing. They are. Extremely helpful and friendly. The buildings facilities are also incredible and worth every penny. I am truly lucky to live and work in this coliving space.

I have to move in gravity Lincoln for a few months. The only thing I can say is I made a right decision to stay here, the best student hall that I ever had/see!! Not just me, even my friend that visited is fascinated by the facilities and the services that they have over here, free breakfast every morning, hot drink served 24/7?!!!!! plenty of functional room for us to hang out, game room, lounge in each floor and more.
