I had a great coliving experience with this host. The location is very quiet, surrounded by nature, while still being close to a couple of towns with more services. The property has everything you need, and my room was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner together with the other guests, and the hosts were very welcoming.
I spent a week twice and it was a great experience.
It's a great place to relax, work remotely, and participate in the community activities.
So quiet and peaceful!
We spent a week in picturesque coliving. We were warmly welcomed. We felt like a beloved part of the coliving family.
The house is located in a fairytale alpine landscape. From the house, we set off on the mountain roads to the surrounding towns, as we marveled at the breathtaking green landscape and the unique houses planted in it. We had a great time. Coliving allows you to stop the race of life, breathe, enjoy the beauty of nature, and also feel part of a warm community. Feel peaceful and be filled with good energy.
We spent a week with our full family of nine, ages ranging from 10 to 75, celebrating my mom’s and aunt’s birthdays, and the place couldn’t have been more perfect for it!
It didn’t take long before the staff made us feel right at home. Staying here is like joining a small commune, or even a kibbutz, just for a short while. You have your own private space and you can always find the peace and quiet you need, but there’s always the chance to mingle and never feel alone if you don’t want to. Within just a few days, we even started calling it “going back home.”
Some of our favorite moments were the shared community dinners, including one big festive evening that felt truly special, and a spontaneous jam session that turned into a night to remember.
The whole place is wonderfully quiet, exactly what you want on a getaway. In the mornings, before everyone else woke up, I found the workspace peaceful and loved being able to work quietly.
The coliving sits in a remote spot on a hill, overlooking the incredible Mangarea Lake. It’s nestled in a picture-perfect little village, where every ride feels like a postcard.
Even though it rained and stormed for much of our stay, we shifted our plans and still had a fantastic time. We enjoyed exploring Verbana, the main city, riding the ferries, touring the islands (don’t miss the palace!), and eating our way through the local spots. Every trip turned into something exciting and memorable for our group.
Despite the weather, the week was amazing. We felt at home, and we’ll definitely be back.
I absolutely loved my stay here!
Truly amazing mixture between nature, good facilities, and a great community.
A bit away from shops, but still groceries have never been a problem. Working areas, internet, coffee - everything is well prepared and you wouldn't miss anything!
Staying at this coliving exceeded all my expectations! Being surrounded by like-minded digital nomads, working in a comfortable space, sharing fun communal meals and deep conversations about life, business, and family. It was an amazing experience! And all of it surrounded by nature. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer.
This was the first co-living I’ve ever been to.
After nomading for 7 months, Montino felt like home 🏠
The community, the stuff and the owners were so great - I was sad to leave 🥹
Definitely come back next year!
Thank you for everything ❤️🫶
I stayed here last August, nestled in the stunning mountains of northern Italy, and it was an unforgettable experience. The scenery was breathtaking—lush green mountains, fresh air, and total tranquility.
This location offers peace and inspiration while remaining accessible. Although there are a few buses each day, having a rental car is the most convenient option since the nearest grocery store is a bit far.
What truly made this place special was the community. People from all over the world quickly became close friends. Shared meals, deep conversations, and the supportive atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.
With excellent facilities for remote work, including fast Wi-Fi and quiet spaces, it’s an ideal spot for combining productivity with relaxation. I can’t wait to return!
tl;dr - had fun, will definitely come back.I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a small table and a closet and was dark and quiet in the morning.Getting there takes a while, but it's worth it because the area is amazing. You can choose between several hikes, take the bus to town and go to the beach, visit nearby villages etc.The atmosphere is a typical coliving experience - you have a workspace, shared kitchen, living room and dining room, a very large yard, yoga studio, a small workout area. During your stay you're encouraged to participate in shared activities and contribute from your own experience. The hosts are nice and helpful; they assist with getting by, grocery runs, etc.
