Hei Homes is a local coliving agency that provides boutique designer rooms for rent. We create beautiful spaces in serviced type apartments with the intent of fostering a community that lives, works, and plays together in comfort and harmony.

We offer flexible, short term leases starting from as short as three months. We strive to provide our members a blissful stay in our homes. Overall a good experience with the host. I lived 3.5 months in one of the host's listings in a central area. The host always communicated quickly and adequately. The process of viewing and move-in went quickly and easily. They mostly complied with my requests regarding the house (for example, asking for extra kitchen utensils). Although some parts of the apartment were worn or needed refreshing, it was a comfortable place with nice flatmates. The facilities of the condo were amazing (large pool, 2 gyms, tennis, etc.) and the condo is in close proximity to everything you could wish for. A small complaint is that I had to correct the host's agent as he made a miscalculation in my pro rata rental fee. But in general I can look back at a positive experience with the host and I recommend it for expats who are looking for coliving in the area.
Really great place to live in.
I had an overall nice stay at the property for 6 months in Standard Common Room B (3 months fixed + 3 months rolling lease, the rent was $1800). The apartment is nicely furnished. I enjoyed the pool for swimming after work. The host's support is very quick. Things broken in the common areas generally did get fixed in a matter of days. But this also meant that there was little communication whether one of the flatmates would be in the flat during the repair.The furniture on the rooftop terrace was quite worn. This led to less enjoyment of the terrace. Still had a nice view.
As a newcomer to Singapore, living with the host was incredibly hassle-free. They took care of everything, from household supplies and utilities to maintaining the live plants and keeping the common spaces clean. It was so convenient to live in a beautiful, well-maintained space without having to worry about the little things that come with managing a home. We all know how overwhelming running a household can sometimes be, so having everything taken care of made settling into Singapore that much easier.
Great coliving company. They are very easy to communicate with, and their accommodation is of a high and comfortable standard. I lived in one of their apartments for 3.5 years.

I have lived with this host for the past 6 months - I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. From the onboarding and moving in, to living with my roommate, to moving out - everything worked out smoothly and I never had any issues. If I ever needed anything, they were very quick to help and support.

I’ve lived at the property for almost 4 years, and I highly recommend the host. They’re very transparent, accommodating, and the service has always been great. Honestly, I have no complaints. I really loved my cozy room, and whenever I had any questions, the staff always responded quickly and were very helpful.
I've stayed in two different apartments managed by the host and have had a great experience with both. The rooms are spacious, the apartments are beautifully furnished and very aesthetically pleasing, and the locations are excellent. They're also really thoughtful about providing supplies whenever needed, which makes settling in so much easier. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed experience!
