Hei Homes is a local coliving agency that provides boutique designer rooms for rent. We create beautiful spaces in serviced type apartments with the intent of fostering a community that lives, works, and plays together in comfort and harmony.
Hei Homes transforms houses by furnishing them with functional and sophisticated furniture, appliances, and decors. Each of our home embraces a sense of flowing liberty with its eclectic decors and various design approaches from Resort-style to Bohemian scene that reflects unconventional and artistic living. We bring boutique style homes closer to everyone.
We offer flexible, short term leases starting from as short as three months. We strive to provide our members a blissful stay in our homes. You can expect a complete set of home furniture and equipment – everything you need to live like you do at home. We make sure that your experience is personalized to your needs.

I rented a room with the host for my semester abroad, and the entire experience was superb. The rental process was easy and smooth, and moving in was straightforward as well.
The location (redacted) was honestly a highlight — everything I needed was close by, and the apartment complex had all the amenities you could think of (pool, sauna, BBQ, gym...). The apartment itself was quite spacious and had everything I needed. It was very well maintained, and thanks to the weekly cleaning, it always looked great. The host was also always available whenever I needed help or something needed fixing.
All in all, I can definitely recommend renting a room with the host :)

I lived in a neighborhood and absolutely loved the place. The house was huge, spacious, and filled with natural sunlight. Being on the ground floor, it also had a large balcony, which was a great bonus. The host team was always responsive to any queries or issues, making my stay smooth and stress-free. I initially planned to stay for only four months, but I ended up extending my stay to nine months because I enjoyed living there so much. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed coliving.
