Ohana Retreat Bali

During my recent stay in Canggu, Bali, I had the opportunity to experience this coliving. While the villa holds promise with its nice rooftop bar and proximity to the beach, I must admit that there were several areas that required attention and improvement, particularly the room conditions and overall amenities.

Let's start with the positive aspects. The rooftop bar at this coliving was undoubtedly a highlight. The panoramic views and relaxed atmosphere created a perfect setting for enjoying a drink or two while taking in the stunning surroundings. Being close to the beach was also a convenience, allowing for easy access to the sand and waves without the busyness often associated with the main Canggu area. This offered a more peaceful and tranquil experience for those seeking a quieter getaway.

However, it is important to note that the rooms at this coliving were in need of significant fixes and renovation. While the concept of this coliving was appealing, execution fell short in terms of maintenance and attention to detail. The accommodations lacked comfort and functionality one would expect from such an establishment. From outdated furnishings to worn-out amenities, overall impression was one of neglect. Investing in room improvements including updating furniture and enhancing facilities would greatly enhance guest experience.

Furthermore, amenities provided by this coliving were also in need of improvement. Basic necessities such as reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and efficient air conditioning are essential for comfortable stay but unfortunately not consistently delivered by this coliving management team . Ensuring these essentials are in good working condition is crucial

I had a fantastic experience staying at this coliving space, particularly because of the lovely manager and staff. The location is perfect, very close to Pererenan beach, allowing us to enjoy morning and evening walks regularly. My boyfriend and I initially stayed for a month last year and were so impressed that we decided to come back for another month. Our introduction to this place came through friends who had stayed for six months, and it lived up to their praises.

The loft we stayed in was quiet and nice, featuring a wonderful shared kitchen and pool that we made use of frequently. Additionally, the coliving space is conveniently located with many walkable cafes, restaurants, and shops, which greatly enhanced our stay. The overall ambiance and the community here made our experience truly memorable.

This place is a delight. Excellent location, great staff, and unlike most of the villas in this area the walls are concrete so you don’t hear other residents in their units. Lots of privacy. Great restaurants in every direction. The owner is very friendly and helpful too. 10/10!

The area is the best. This coliving is close to cute restaurants, cafes and bars and the beach.

A good coliving place but the pool is not in the sun (only in the morning) and the wifi is not really good but is a beautiful and cozy place.
