The location is perfect, with a fantastic terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea. It truly has a coliving feeling. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the common areas are very clean and well-organized. You really feel integrated into the local life through shared activities such as dining out, cooking together, attending local events, surfing sessions, and more.

While there are no separate coworking rooms, each room does have a desk, and on nice days, you can even work on the terrace. There's also space for your own surfboards. The internet connection is excellent. Overall, this coliving space is even better in reality than it appears in the photos on the website. I highly recommend it!

I was lucky enough to stay here and relish in the glory of this fantastic living space. The home has a stunning wraparound deck that provides an almost full 360-degree view of the ocean, with each guest room attached to the deck via large sliding glass doors. Waking up every day and taking in the view from my bedroom was one of my favorite things—who doesn’t love a whole wall of glass windows? It really gives you a sense of luxury.

This is a true king of hosting; it's obvious how much he loves what he does. Beyond being a natural extrovert, he appreciates culture and will share one interesting story after another, making you laugh along the way. His warmth and sincerity create a real safe space to exist, whether you find yourself in work mode or play mode. Personally, I was in play mode, and he met my energy straight on, elevating it by feeding me lots of sardines, sometimes at 4 a.m.

Between the killer beachside location, excellent surf scene, phenomenal food, and great people that this coliving attracts, I can’t wait to go back.

I stayed here for a month and it was an incredible experience. The house is amazing and the host, Vasco, is great with lots of knowledge about the area. It's perfect for remote workers and offers spectacular sea views. I will definitely be back again in the near future!

I've stayed here twice in the last year, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for surfing, lounging on the beach, and immersing yourself in the local cuisine. Not to mention the gorgeous sunsets you get from the deck and pretty much every room of the house. Vasco is an incredible host. He's super knowledgeable about the area and will give you great recommendations, as well as being your personal guide and incredible cook during your stay! This place has everything you could ever need and so much more. I will, quite literally, never stay anywhere else when I'm visiting the area.

I stayed here in April and would definitely visit again! The location is unbeatable with views of both the bay and Lagide. It’s a brief walk, under 5 minutes, to the nearest surf spot, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes.

The house is quite new, boasting all the amenities one could hope for. The storage for surfboards and wetsuits is very efficient. I loved the huge wraparound terrace around the apartment, and the pool was a refreshing spot for quick swims between work sessions and surfing. Though I chose the Almagreira suite for this visit, I'd be happy to stay in any of the rooms for future visits.

This place is highly recommended for remote workers. The internet connection is fast and reliable, ensuring productivity in the common areas, my room, or on the terrace.

Vasco, the host, is wonderful and incredibly helpful. He's great at organizing all sorts of adventures and has excellent recommendations for services in the area.

You can't beat the location here! It's perfectly situated within walking distance to everything—the beach and the town/Ferrel. There are plenty of cafes and açaí spots, as well as delicious restaurants and fun bars an easy walk away in any direction. This coliving space also boasts prime views. You never need to check the surf forecast—you can see multiple breaks from the sun-drenched, wrap-around terrace. The sunsets from there are breathtaking, too. Each room, including the spacious living room/kitchen/coworking area, has access to it, so you're spoiled for choice. The host, Vasco, often BBQs out there, and he's a fantastic cook! He's an incredible host all around. You can feel completely comfortable asking him anything, as he's incredibly accommodating and always happy to help. Vasco and I spent many nights hanging out, having long talks! I really appreciated his openness and willingness to share. He's a kind person who enjoys bringing people together, connecting them, and making the most of the location. And he makes sure all of his guests can too, with tons of tips, surfboards, and weekly event plans! I stayed for a month and wish I could have hung out longer with the friends I made at the house and through the community events. I'll be back 110%!

Last September, my partner and I stayed for a month and were absolutely delighted with the experience. The view of the ocean from the wrap-around balcony was stunning, far surpassing what any photo could capture, and the location was perfect. Our host was incredible; welcoming us warmly, he introduced us to surfing and guided us to fantastic local restaurants and bars, ensuring we always had what we needed. The space was immaculate, expansive, and extremely comfortable, with modern amenities throughout. We're eagerly looking forward to our next opportunity to return.
