One Nest

One Nest's goal is to reinvent the concept of flatsharing with affordable, warm and eco-designed housing.

Our colivings are comfortable, at an affordable price to allow students and young workers to find accommodation quickly, without worrying about the administrative or logistical aspect of a classic move-in.

Our ambition is also to overcome urban isolation, which is often a source of concern when moving into a large city. That's why we offer warm roommates, where you can share convivial moments with your new friends without giving up your privacy thanks to your private bathroom.

We also want to respond to the environmental problems of major cities. We therefore choose to fill the spaces left empty in these cities, favoring renovation over the construction of new housing (first polluting industry in France).

Beyond our primary mission, which is to propose a new way of housing, our desire is also to enroll in a human project with individuals looking for an ethical investment with a high societal impact as well as with communities wishing to be as close as possible to their students and young workers.
