Plura Coliving

I really enjoyed my stay at a coliving place.

This is my home for several years now. It is a space that truly has it all. It is one of the few colivings located in the north of Bogotá that has a fully equipped gym (not those with TRX or just a few treadmills).

Additionally, the spa (yes, because it has a spa with 2 jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, and masseuses available for therapies), the first-floor spaces (which sometimes serve as a restaurant), the coworking space (with a movie room, ping pong, billiards, arcade games…), the terrace on the 12th floor, the community of such interesting people, and the location because it is close to everything… in short, it is truly a great place to live, work, and generally have a good time.

Finally, and this is something that makes all the difference, the people who work in the building are wonderful. They really do everything possible to ensure that the residents feel good and that our needs are met. From the security team to the services team, including the administration staff who are super nice people, their contributions are enormous to the community.

Last but not least, the freedom of just making a payment and forgetting about everything (because services and management are included) and coming to fully furnished apartments with really good mattresses (the mattresses from other colivings don't compare) is incredible.

I love knowing that in this place I have the freedom to travel the world and return whenever I want, without being tied to a bunch of things and having to organize a thousand more is wonderful.

I firmly believe this is the best coliving in Bogotá and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to live here for years or months.

Everything is close by, it is very well located. Inside, the people are friendly, there is cultural diversity, the neighborhood is quiet, there are parking spaces nearby 24 hours, the rooftop is incredible for relaxing, the gym has what you need. In general, it is very peaceful and from day one it feels like home.

I stayed for 2 months and everything was perfect, working and also enjoying the community of people from all over. Regarding the building, I loved especially the coworking space, the gym, and the sauna. Whenever I had questions, they helped me. Highly recommended!!
