Fuseta is one of the largest fishing ports in Portugal and one of the liveliest towns in the Algarve.
POMAR was created to offer you a calm, warm, and comfortable coliving-coworking place with multiple escape possibilities and easily accessible (by bike or car) with high amenities included pool and gym.
Our goal: offer you the best environment to work and recharge your batteries.
We welcome at POMAR: nomadic workers and artists, Freelancers, or even companies for seminars!

Best coliving experience!
I stayed for a month in September–October 2025, and I must admit I didn’t expect the experience to be this perfect on every level.
The house itself is stunning, the coworking area is quiet and ideal for focus days, and the rooms are equipped with desks for calls.
The community manager always knows the best events and activities in the area. It’s so easy to fill the week without overthinking: they plan everything for us, which makes it incredibly comfortable.
The weekly plans include sports, ice baths, beach days, hikes, paddle sessions, and even surfing or karaoke.
It truly feels like a home away from home, and the community creates a worry-free experience so you can focus on working productively and having fun.
I truly recommend staying at this coliving!
We stayed at Coliving in November and had an absolutely wonderful time. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations – comfortable, beautifully designed, and a place where we felt at home right away. Adding to the magic was the sunny, almost spring-like weather in November, which made the whole experience even more special.
What we enjoyed most was the sense of community. Spending time together felt natural and joyful, but never forced. If you needed a day off to recharge or step away from the group, that was always possible without any pressure, which we truly appreciated.
A special thank you goes to who was always there for any worries or questions and made everyone feel seen and supported. Together with, she created a truly amazing program full of thoughtful activities and moments that brought people together in the best way.
We left with great memories, meaningful connections, and a lot of gratitude – and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a balanced, warm, and inspiring coliving experience. 💛
Still thinking back to my special stay at last November, and I wish I could beam myself back there right now. Great mix of being active and slowing down: sports, chill moments, focus time, and fun community activities all in one place. Also: lots of dog cuddles with lovely Nala!
Honestly, has created a place that feels like home. The atmosphere is warm and easy, and she’s not just managing it - she's present, she genuinely cares, and it shows in every detail. After staying in several colivings, I really appreciated having a community manager on site and activities planned with and for the group. Plus, brings people together with locals, which adds so much to the experience.
And what’s better than supporting a strong women-led business while making new friends and working in the most beautiful environment? 💛 has a special place in my heart, and I’ll definitely be back.
It’s a cosy & comfy place, designed with love :) It’s also a good chance to meet nice people and work in a productive environment. Great location for lunch/parking/getting from public bus/etc.
My stay was a unique experience. The spaces are designed with intelligence and taste; you can feel a true intention behind every detail. Beyond the place, it’s mainly an atmosphere that stays with you: a perfect balance between calm, inspiration, and well-being. You leave with the impression of having taken a real break while having made progress on what truly matters.

From family meetings to plan activities, family dinners, lots of sports together, excursions, laughter, and making new friends – the coliving offered all this and more. I also was able to work with complete focus. Nothing was missing, and I would return to other coliving locations anytime.
