SYZO has been buying and developing buildings since 2016. We have chosen to invest in coastal locations that promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage our residents to enjoy the outdoors.
To date we have refurbished multiple large Victorian and Edwardian houses, where possible keeping original features intact and celebrating their character.
Our plan is to continue in this manner, creating more beautiful homes that enhance our residents wellbeing and quality of life.
SYZO was created from frustration that the traditional ‘landlord - tenant’ relationship was, frankly, wrong. Rent is usually a person’s largest outgoing but comes with little to no customer service from the landlord or agent. We put the resident first. Put simply; great homes, great communication, happy people.
