Thatch’s co-living concepts combine the affordability of sharing an apartment with the ease of fully-furnished, move-in ready accommodations. You can rent a private bedroom for custom lengths of time with options for private or shared bathrooms. All co-live places have a shared kitchen and some have shared living and common areas depending on the place you choose. Our co-living concepts include traditional apartment layouts for those that prefer a smaller group of roommates or our Thatch Quarters™ properties which offer a larger co-living format and less of a roommate feel. All Thatch units are move-in ready and your rent always includes utilities and wi-fi.
