You can rent a private bedroom for custom lengths of time with options for private or shared bathrooms. All co-live places have a shared kitchen and some have shared living and common areas depending on the place you choose. Our co-living concepts include traditional apartment layouts for those that prefer a smaller group of roommates or our Thatch Quarters™ properties which offer a larger co-living format and less of a roommate feel. All Thatch units are move-in ready and your rent always includes utilities and wi-fi.

We stayed in Tremont St. Easy check-in/check-out process. Very clean apartment. The apartment had everything: utilities, wifi and TV. TV with lots of channels. The apartment very centrally located in south end with great restaurants nearby. STR were helpful and responded quickly if we needed anything. Overall a nice experience.

The place wasn’t clean at all. We contacted the manager and we were told that no one could do anything for us. There was a hole in the window that we had to fix ourselves. We had to rent another place for our second night because it was so dirty. I do not recommend this place. It also has false advertisement as the room we rented was not the same as the photos.

There is no air-conditioning in the room, I asked two times to turn down the heat, nothing happened! They never clean the room!

I booked Temple place suites at STR. Immediately after I made the booking, $600 was deducted by STR from my credit card. I canceled my booking due to their misrepresentation on 24 July and despite various emails and phone calls, I have not received my money back.

This was a terrible experience. Not only did they keep my booking fee ($500+) but they said "their system" wouldn't allow me to reinstate my booking and I had to make another booking if i wanted to stay with them. Now they won't take my phone calls and I'm shocked - just shocked at their poor level of customer service.

Was in Boston for business. The unit was very convenient to restaurants for dinners out. It was clean. I was somewhat put-out that I was charged $100 for cleaning, yet was instructed to strip the bed prior to departure. It would have been good to at least have coffee for the coffee maker. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.
