I stayed 7 nights here in June 2026. The rooms were super clean and spotless. The area is very quiet and away from any sources of noise. The rooms are far from each other, so there is no need to worry much about noise.
Air conditioning was very good, but on my last night I extended my stay and they gave me a room on the first floor. The AC had a fault which made it leak water (I assume they can easily fix it if you tell them; I was just too busy on my last night to bother).
For room service you have to tell the reception to clean your room (I didn’t ask for it, as throughout my stay I kept my room clean).
Prices were very good for what I got. I recommend booking on Agoda; they had good deals there.
The location is nice; it could be a good option for a month, but I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness.
I liked the location — it’s in a fun, cool neighborhood — and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the shower head and my room lock were broken, there was no air conditioning in my private room, and the walls were very thin.
My son and I came to Istanbul for two days of business. I was very happy we chose this coliving. The host helped with everything; I can stay here each time with peace of mind ☺️

It was a great place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was close to plenty of cafes. Despite the busy area, the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful🌸

Great value for the price. Only problem is that the bathroom is on a different floor from the one we stayed on. But overall, nice place, there's a place to work and an outdoor garden
