What a wonderful place to stay while learning a new skill. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and helpfulness during my stay.
We spent a month with the host and it was a fantastic experience. I want to highlight the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. We felt at home. The space is very beautiful and very comfortable, with everything you need. The neighborhood is also ideal and very quiet.
My stay with the host has been extremely pleasant. It is a very comfortable place to stay, as one can work without problems and relax with everything the building and the neighborhood offer.All the staff are very friendly; I especially want to acknowledge the performance of a staff member who welcomed me and assisted me with a lovely smile from the first moment I arrived.100% recommended!!
I had the pleasure of living with the host from October 2025 until the end of June 2026, and it was an incredible experience I will not forget.
From the first day they welcomed me like family. I especially want to thank some team members who were absolutely charming and always willing to help, and another team member who greeted you every day with a smile that brightened the morning. Also to the whole team in general—I have no words; they were wonderful—and to the cleaning staff, who are delightful and always keep everything perfect. What surprised me most is that when you have any problem, no matter how small or big, they are right there to solve it. And that's what really makes you feel at home.
But beyond the team, what makes the host special is its community. I met so many people from all over the world, made friends I will stay in touch with, and experienced moments I wouldn't trade for anything.
The residence is of exceptional quality: modern facilities, well-maintained common spaces, and a perfect atmosphere for meeting people. In addition, it's located in the heart of the neighborhood, an area full of life and just a short walk from the sea.

Very nice place! Comfortable, close to the bus and metro station, near the beach, very helpful attendants! I would stay there again!
Modern, well-thought-out place down to the smallest details. The room has a mini-kitchen (refrigerator, sink, coffee machine); some have a stove. There is also a shared kitchen that has everything: freezers, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, dishes, etc. On the roof there is a pool.
Fantastic place to stay. Good location, excellent facilities, everything very well equipped. But best of all, the staff, super friendly, very approachable. I plan to return to this place on another occasion. 100% recommended
I stayed at this coliving for a week and was absolutely delighted! The staff at the reception is incredibly helpful. No matter how many times I asked, I was always happy to be helped and given advice. It's very valuable! And the quality of the rooms is excellent! There is climate control, everything is clean and tidy, as well as its own kitchenette, which is nice. Also a great space inside, lots of room. I am absolutely delighted with this place to stay and I recommend it to everyone.
I enjoyed many aspects of my stay. Staff were friendly and the free coffee was great. The spaces are beautiful — there’s an outdoor patio, comfortable lounge areas, a rooftop pool, and a small gym. If you rent a fixed desk, be aware it's often the noisiest spot. Many coworkers chat, hold meetings at their desks, or socialize in the coworking area. The flex spaces tend to be much quieter. The fixed desks sit on a thoroughfare, so when events or larger meetings happen it can be hard to concentrate. I tried working early mornings and late at night; late nights can be difficult because of loud events. I raised the noise with staff, but it remained a daily issue. There are only rare windows suitable for deep work like academic reading, writing, or intense data analysis. I asked people to use phone booths and to be respectful, but the culture leans more toward social activity than quiet coworking. My suggestion to management is to create a dedicated quiet fixed desk area and a separate social zone so both needs are met.
