I stayed with the host during the second week of September and I liked it a lot. Although I didn't use all the services available (pool, gym, laundry, common areas and many others), it seemed like a great place to have your own base. Not to mention the proximity to the sea, which is very convenient for some leisure. I really recommend it to everyone (also for the super kind and very well-organized check-in and check-out).
It was a wonderful time at the host. The place was very well designed, and everything was amazing. If any of you are considering staying here, you should do it! It's close to the beach and all transport links, so we loved being so close to the beach, and if we visit the city again, we'd love to stay here again. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful!

We stayed at the host's place for a week and had such a great time! The place offers a space to connect and cowork but we came there as tourists to see Barcelona. First of all, the people working there and the communication were really great. Whenever we needed anything, they could offer help and all of them were really nice! It's also possible to borrow parasols for the beach, there is free drinking water, and the whole building has air conditioning. The shared kitchen was always very clean, the pool is a great place to chill and relax, and there is also a gym. The room itself was perfectly fine even though the bed was a little small for two people, and there was one big blanket to share. Supermarkets and the beach are really close (we recommend going to Nova Icaria beach). The area has lots of small restaurants and it's also safe at night. You can get to the city center within 20 minutes by train or bus. All in all, I'd definitely go there again!

Excellent place. I stayed in February and March of this year; everything was spectacular, and if any issue arose they resolved it quickly. The place is very well connected and close to the beach.

Passing by to share my take on the host, the place where I landed in the city in 2025.It became my home for several months of reset. I learned a lot about entrepreneurship from the host's founders and met a group of curious and slightly wild people who are still part of my life today.Over time, I also had the chance to work with the host in a marketing consultancy capacity alongside my partner, who I met there, and its passionate team and many others. Little did I know then how useful everything I learned there would become in the professional challenges that followed.For me, it is an intimate space near the sea, shaped by good people, genuine care and the right kind of energy.
