An Unexpectedly Warm Welcome at coliving!\n\nI recently stayed at the coliving for 17 nights, and initially, I was under the impression that it was a five-star coliving. That was my mistake. In reality, it’s a three-star coliving, and for its category, it’s truly impressive. The services offered are excellent, and the value for money is outstanding.\nHowever, the management’s handling of my situation was remarkable in its own right. In Dubai, it’s rare to encounter such responsive and professional coliving management—usually only about 2% or 3% of colivings manage it this well. Even though I had to cancel my stay and was not refunded for that night, the way the management handled everything was impressive and commendable.\nIn summary, while the coliving’s level is three stars, it’s definitely a standout in that category, and the management deserves high praise for their professionalism.

I lived at coliving for over than 2 years... Love the concept, great co-working space for digital nomads, located in Production City which easily connects to 311 highway and Al Khail Road. Fun activities with the neighbors, and unique facilities like a podcast room and gaming room, book exchange, ping pong tournaments. However, if you're sharing the apartment with someone, the people you're sharing with can either enhance your experience and make great friends, or make it a nightmare... in those 2 years I had to experience both.

We stayed at a coliving in IMPZ for two weeks in April during a business trip. We chose something between a coliving and a rented apartment—and we didn't regret it.

What we liked: The co-living concept really works here! There are many young people in the coliving—expats, freelancers, people on business trips. The atmosphere is very friendly, it's easy to meet people and find company. There are always events going on — yoga in the morning, barbecues by the pool, group trips to the cinema.

The studio was more spacious than I expected. It has everything you need—a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. You can cook simple meals. The Wi-Fi is excellent and worked without any problems, even during online meetings.
Sometimes it can be noisy—young people, parties—but that's more of a feature of the concept.

Conclusion: If you are a young, sociable person and plan to stay in Dubai for a while (a week or more), this is an excellent choice. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and the atmosphere is lively. For a family vacation or quiet tourism, it is better to choose something else.

I would come back here again on my next business trip to Dubai.

I lived in this coliving for two weeks — everything went great. Spacious open space, pleasant atmosphere, easy to make new acquaintances. The rooms are cozy, the renovation is fresh, everything is clean and comfortable. The common areas for work and recreation are well organized.

Coliving is the best in production city and the amenities are so classy unlike anywhere in Dubai, the game room, the pool, and the work area. Don’t forget to join the community conversation.. is coliving for me 💯
