Zuma Housing offers leases for the academic year from September to June, and between the summer of July and August. All our fully-furnished apartments are designed with necessities to accommodate tenant's needs in a comfortable and homey setup.
We also provide maintenance to resolve any issue you may have with your apartment. All you need to do is send a "Maintenance Request Form" through our tenant portal, and you'll be served within 48 hours.
We manage more than 600+ units in Los Angeles. One of the perks of being our tenant is having an option to transfer to other Zuma units.
