1828 is a housing concept by 1828 Group designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 28. You can rent an affordable apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom. In the communal area, you can watch TV, play games, relax, have coffee, and more. Together with other residents. We are almost ready to build a 1828 location in Gouda, Haarlem, Leidschendam and Santpoort-Noord. But that's not all! We have plans to expand to other locations as well!
