We work closely with landlords, agents, property owners, developers and investors, where we lease buildings on a guaranteed fixed-term basis, typically between 3-5 years (60 months).
We operate in refurbishment, management and maintenance of these buildings. Providing a hassle-free solution for our landlords and high-quality accommodation for our professional tenants.
