Pandora's House Coliving

Everything is fine. The location is perfect for me.

This coliving felt like a second home: calm, low-key, and full of good energy.
San Marcos is a peaceful, authentic neighborhood, super walkable and close to everything, but still quiet enough to focus.
The coliving has solid Wi-Fi, lots of work-friendly spots. I was deep in a project and found a great balance of space and connection.
The hosts are thoughtful and really care. Everything ran smoothly, and they made it easy to settle in. I felt taken care of.
Envigado ended up being my favorite part of Medellín, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Had the privilege of staying at a coliving for a month and a half with my best friend. We each had a great clean room with a nice desk and private bathroom, not to mention the incredible common facilities like the two living rooms, two dining rooms, a fully stocked and clean kitchen, and of course, the office and balcony. Amazing new people always moving in; what a chance to meet people while living the digital nomad dream. Envigado is the best part of Medellin, and this coliving is a blessing.

This is one of the best colivings in town, and I've been to a few so far.

It's a bit out of town, but Envigado is a lovely and authentic neighborhood. You can sit in front of the house and enjoy a little forest where flocks of birds sometimes make delightful sounds—a wonderful experience to have in Medellin. The location is residential, yet just a short walk gets you to pretty much everything you need, which is great.

I found the rooms upstairs to be better, especially those with windows that let in natural light. There's a good coworking space and plenty of social areas. This applies to the smaller house, though they will soon have the building next door, which I have no information about.

However, I’ve got to say it’s not a coliving that meets my definition of the term (hence the one-star deduction). There’s no community management taking place—just having a WhatsApp group doesn’t create a community, and it felt like a mix of travelers rather than a cohesive group.

Still, if I had to stay in Envigado in a coliving again, this would be my choice.
