Nestled in the heart of El Cabanyal, Valencia's authentic old fisherman's quarter, our coliving space delivers a unique and genuine Mediterranean coastal living experience.
The property is a completely renovated and modernly furnished space, expertly designed across 450m2 of bright living area, all situated on a 113m2 plot. While the structure is relatively new, it fully retains the historic charm and character of the neighborhood.
The captivatingly designed ground floor serves as our vibrant shared living space. The first and second floors house 10 tastefully designed rooms, each featuring a double bed. The third level is a converted attic, offering 2 studio rooms complete with their own kitchenettes. Every room boasts a private toilet, offering the comfort of a individual and cozy room paired with the spirit of a supportive community of like-minded individuals. We also welcome couples.
Live, work, and connect in our serene, modern, and comfortable space. Become part of our dynamic community, bringing together entrepreneurs, remote workers, and digital nomads, all while soaking up the best of Valencia.
We foster connection through a rich schedule of monthly events. These include sports like Padel and Volleyball, as well as activities like indoor climbing. We frequently host themed dinners in our common areas that transition into late-night outings around the city. Further events throughout the month feature day trips outside Valencia, quiz nights, Netflix viewings, and watching football matches together.
We are committed to spoiling our community of colivers and digital nomads by freeing them from unexpected costs. Your final price is all-inclusive, covering internet, electricity, water, air conditioning, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, utensils, and regular cleaning services. No extra fees, ever.
What's more, our cleaning staff maintains the shine of all shared areas every weekday. As an added bonus, we conduct a deep cleaning of every room and replace bed linens with fresh ones every other week.

Un coliving très ouvert d'esprit, acceptant toutes sortes de nationalités, de milieux culturels et d'orientations sexuelles. Fondé et géré par des nomades numériques actuels, nous sommes sûrs que vos besoins sont couverts à 100%.
La plupart des colivers travaillent à distance ; par conséquent, pendant la journée, il est attendu que le calme et le respect soient maintenus afin que tout le monde puisse rester concentré. The history of Valencia is linked to this fishing district. El Cabanyal-Canyamelar became an independent municipality in the 19th century under the name of Pueblo Nuevo del Mar. Today, it is still a fisherman’s district, the subject of some of the most popular postcards, depicting traditional scenes where life goes at a different pace.
Its architectural value is immeasurable. In El Cabanyal, there are fishing huts and cabins, tiled façades, colored buildings, and modernist structures. From the Lonja de Pescadores (fish market) to the Grao Market, passing by the houses in the streets. The particular layout of its buildings and its street plans (the passageways are almost maze-like) also create a very authentic social atmosphere and way of life, which have been almost extinguished in large cities.
Additionally, in recent years, a different feeling has spread through its streets. The younger generation has turned back towards the beach area, not just to understand its value but to enrich it with their cultural ideas. As has been the case with other districts around the world, bohemian sentiment has driven a renaissance. The area now has a network involving art groups and theater companies, with numerous projects on the go.
As for cuisine, the district has also seen the arrival of a new wave of chefs with great respect for seafood. By the beach, it is always possible to enjoy good rice dishes, mostly the well-known paella.

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully on the ground floor, and we can assure you that there is always somebody working, cooking, chatting, and having a good time. -
We cannot accept pets. We really love pets, but unfortunately, in the past, it didn't work. Not all colivers were able to live with pets, and we want to provide a space in harmony for everybody.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Additional charges of 10€ to 13€ per extra person per day would apply.
The second person pays only for the nights that she/he is sleeping over, not the entire month. By law, residents must communicate with the tenant if they are receiving visits; overnight, one-night stands do not need to be communicated. -
You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. From your private room to the silent fishtank (see pictures) to any other place in the common areas.
