If you book a coliving space through our platform and then find the same room, at the same property, under the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on another website, we promise to match that price. Read the terns for the guarantee here.

 

Here’s how you can take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee:

  6. If you find a lower price for the same property and room under identical conditions on another website, note the details. The lower price must be publicly available and bookable online when you report it.

  8. Submit a Claim: 
  9. Contact the host or our customer service team with your booking details and evidence of the lower rate. This can be a screenshot or a link to the webpage where the lower price is advertised.

  11. Review and Match: 
  12. Our team will review your claim to verify that it meets all the terms and conditions of our Price Match Guarantee. Once confirmed, we will adjust your booking to match the lower price.
