What steps are there to move into a coliving space?

It’s quite simple. The process begins when you submit a booking request via Coliving.com, letting the host know you’re interested in their coliving space.
 

On the property listing page, you will find a reservation request section where you must select your desired Move-in and Move-out dates.
 

If both dates are selectable, great news—the accommodation is likely available for your specified period. Upon selecting your dates, our website will provide a detailed breakdown of the cost of your stay, including all fees.
 

If you are happy with the details, clicking the Reserve button will guide you through the booking process. You’ll need to sign up and enter essential information and personal details that the host will use to decide whether to approve your booking request.
 

We recommend providing comprehensive information about yourself and the purpose of your stay, as the reservation request serves essentially as your introduction.
 

Once you’ve completed the booking process, your request is sent to the host, who has 48 hours to respond.

If approved, the draft Renters Terms are generated by the host upon approval.
 

Within 48 hours of approval, you must complete the signing process, which includes:

- Read and accept the Renters Terms online with an authorization code.
- Paying the first month's rent along with the service fee.
 

Once the process is complete and the payment is received in the Coliving.com account, the Renters Terms become valid, establishing all rights and obligations.
 

These terms are agreed directly between you and the host, so any modifications must be mutually agreed upon.

After completing the process, the communication channel with the host is activated, allowing for direct negotiation about the handover of the room.
