I had a great stay in a comfortable, furnished, and welcoming room. I enjoyed this place a lot and would recommend it to anyone looking for a coliving space.

Exactly as the name suggests, this coliving is seamless to sign up for a lease, move in, stay there, and then move out.
The people at the company are very friendly and helpful and you'll likely get good roommates who are in a similar situation as you.

But note that it may only be seamless for specific situations, such as being an international student or professional or needing temporary accommodation while looking for something permanent. I would not recommend considering it as a permanent residence.

One of the best places to live in Manhattan, close to all amenities. The room and apartment are kept neat and clean. Management is very accessible and quickly responsive. I initially planned to stay here for 4 months but ended up renewing my contract for 1 year. Highly recommended!

Renting here was a great experience. Anthony was especially helpful, making sure I was all set up at all times. Communicating with the host was fairly easy. Both the apartment and room were clean and exactly as advertised. The amenities were a huge plus! The location was central and near many forms of public transit. Highly recommend for students or young adults looking for a comfortable place.

I have really enjoyed my time renting with this coliving. The manager of the property, Eva, is incredibly responsive to any issues that I have had and she has done her best to solve them. This seems to be a rare thing and I feel really lucky!

I had a great experience! The host was always prompt with replies, and maintenance requests were usually cleared in a very reasonable amount of time. The monthly cleaners were always fantastic, too. The amenities were excellent, with a fully stocked kitchen, and my room had a Roku TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and was fully furnished. My roommates were wonderful people; I genuinely didn't have any complaints about them. They were all great to live with. Overall, it was a really nice experience for a month.
