Islow Coliving

iSlow is magical! My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. There were beautiful common areas to interact with the community. Inez and Julio are welcoming hosts. I felt instantly at home. There was fresh bread delivered every morning as well as local eggs and oranges. Laxe is quaint with spectacular hiking and pristine beaches. My experience was so wonderful that I’m planning to return in May for the hiking retreat.

Everything about this coliving space is a 5+ star experience. The attention to detail in the rooms and living spaces, along with the warmth that Julio, Ines, and Laura bring, make it an incredibly special place. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome, and after a month, it was hard to leave! If you're looking for a cozy, quiet retreat surrounded by some of the most beautiful natural areas in Europe, this is your spot! The team goes the extra mile to provide a culturally immersive and tranquil coliving experience. I can't wait to go back!

This place is such a beautiful space! Inés and Julio have created an amazing environment, and I really enjoyed staying here for a month. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I'll definitely be coming back.

The house is stunning, featuring a big common area and cozy private rooms, allowing you to enjoy the community aspect as well as find some quiet time for work. There's also a perfectly equipped coworking area.

What stood out the most was how Inés, Julio, and their kids brought the local culture and tradition into the house. I had the chance to participate in various events and workshops, meeting other travelers and locals. They genuinely care about sustainability and sharing knowledge, and I learned a lot during my stay.

The location is also fantastic for surfing, with spots like Traba, Soesto, and Malpica not too far away. I won't forget my surf session with the dolphins!

My stay here was incredible. Julio and Ines are amazing; the nature around is so beautiful, and the house is really well renovated and comfortable. I hope to be back soon. :)

I spent a month here and my experience couldn't have been better. The place is amazing, just a short walk to Laxe with beautiful surroundings and great walking paths. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen-dining area since I found myself spending a lot of time there, even more than in my working space. The kitchen is where I connected most with others, enjoying communal meals or just chatting and having coffee during breaks with fellow colivers. I loved that there are two coworking spaces, one quiet room downstairs and another upstairs for meetings, which suited my work perfectly. The view from the window, overlooking Laxe and the sea, offered a stunning temporary office atmosphere.

What truly makes this place special are Inés and Julio, who manage the coliving. They were incredibly attentive and made everything easy, from explaining things on the first day to checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Their warmth really set a great atmosphere.

I had a fantastic experience at this coliving space! I spent a great month here and can totally recommend it if you're looking for a social environment.

The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is quite spacious with a great layout, accommodating several people cooking at the same time, which is a rare find in other colivings.

The dedicated coworking area features individual tables and screens, making it a comfortable place to work. There's also an additional room for calls, which you can also take outside if the weather is nice.

There are a few surf spots around, between 10 and 45 minutes' drive by car, attracting other surfers as well.

Ines and Julio have done an amazing job creating this place and making everyone feel at home. They always ensure there are activities, like family dinners or workshops, you can join.

Overall, it was a great time. I met many inspiring people and I'm already looking forward to coming back next year!

I spent a fantastic month here this September, feeling like I was on a rural retreat or holiday at granny's. The house is beautiful, spacious, and new, with comfy beds, a powerful hot shower, and a kitchen equipped with all the amenities you could imagine. There’s even fitness equipment and Netflix to enjoy.

During my stay, the host also welcomed entrepreneurs from various countries and neighborhoods for workshops, which created a super creative and inspiring atmosphere. The place is run by a couple who visited daily and genuinely made me feel like part of their family. They made sure to balance privacy with social activities.

Although the area is somewhat remote from civilization, it's worth the journey to get there! It's a 15-minute walk to the supermarket, with easy access to ocean waves and viewpoints. If you have the option, definitely take a car, as it's essential for exploring the region, reaching surf spots, or visiting bigger cities.

We lived and shared experiences here for a month. It was a wonderful experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to any digital nomad or anyone considering a personal or professional life change to start over and reinvent themselves. This coliving space is located in a beautifully restored old stone house with a lot of history in Laxe (Costa da Morte, Coruña). The house is perfectly equipped, offering ideal spaces for work and interaction, as well as opportunities to enjoy a privileged environment and unwind. Every decorative and functional detail in the house exudes exquisite warmth and good taste. Without a doubt, we will return very soon!
