Recently opened so obviously in very good condition. A little way out of 'town' perhaps, but only a five minute walk to the nearby tube station. Then only a 20–30 minute ride to central stations, for example. A ten minute walk to a nearby market street. Rooms were nicely finished. Quiet and no external noise. Staff were competent without being overly friendly or attentive. Continental breakfast options were very good with lots of healthy cereal fixings and non-dairy options. Coffee was a flask of filter, as opposed to maybe a French press or barista offering. Nice enough though. There are a surfeit of security measures requiring a card swipe to access lifts, upper floors and rooms etc. - which is welcomed - but when having breakfast in the morning or enjoying the lounge of an evening, the constant 'beeping' of card swipes as other guests access lifts and upper floors, is certainly an irritation.

All that being said, I will definitely be back, but may go for a wander into a nearby neighborhood for a nice breakfast. I didn't want to leave my room because my bed was so comfortable, and I felt very welcome during my stay.

The coliving is magnificent, with many free and original activities: vinyl room, cinema, spa, and a gym in particular. The free laundry is a real plus, and the staff are very friendly.
The studio is superb, very quiet, extremely comfortable, and thought out down to the smallest detail. You can feel a real attention to the guest experience. The value for money is absolutely exceptional, especially given the location!

Really enjoyable two nights, I'd like to mention two members of staff who were extremely helpful.

Great place. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Compact room with everything I could need. Close to tube. Wellness centre. Grounds lovely with fab steam room and sauna.

I loved the breakfast so much; I would definitely come back. Thank you for the oat milk as well, but it would be nice to have a real mini bar (water, Coke, etc.)

I had a pleasant stay here. The location was convenient, it was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A nice bonus is the on-site cinema, which adds to the experience. Breakfast was good—fresh yogurt, fruit, and warm croissants—but the selection was limited and the setup felt chaotic. Guests couldn’t take plates directly and had to request them at reception, which was inconvenient. The most frustrating part was the egg station. Instead of pre-boiled eggs there was a basket of raw eggs and a small cooker with limited capacity. In practice it didn’t work: after placing an egg in the cooker another guest would often take it and replace it with a raw one. During my month here I never managed to eat the egg I’d started cooking. I’d strongly recommend they prepare boiled eggs in advance. Rooms were clean and functional but very compact. Despite these issues, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and amenities made for an overall enjoyable stay.

This host is an establishment built on integrity. This is the type of coliving where guests are treated like family, making them feel truly welcome at their home away from home. From the immaculate smart studios to the cozy corners, this coliving makes you appreciate the rawness and beauty of the neighborhood. Everything is thought out perfectly. It’s sleek, it’s modern, and it’s sexy.
I mean, what more could I ask for? A delicious bed with five pillows, a fully equipped, adorable kitchenette, and a spotless bathroom with fabulous products. I won’t ruin the experience for you—this coliving has so many hidden gems designed specifically for its guests. If this place had a membership program, this would be the perfect members' club to join. However, this place is all about inclusivity and making you feel welcome. Everyone is treated with love, kindness, giant smiles, and respect; there is so much love and positive energy here.
