Uber-cool blend of coliving meets medium-term stay property. High-end design, minimalist rooms but perfectly good and spotless. Comfortable bed too. Loved things like the 10th floor lounge and balcony, and the pool and spa. Just 2 stops from a nearby transit hub, a lively residential area but you'd never know as the building is tucked away and has superb soundproofing. Would gladly stay again. Big shout out to the reception staff, wonderful in every way possible!

The bedroom was okay with a built-in small kitchen area! The only real criticism was the bed was small.

I based my feedback on the room since that's where you spend most of your time. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The space looked clean and stylish at first impression, but it lacked some basic supplies. I stayed a month but was only provided one tea bag, which tasted off. Only oat milk was available; as I'm not vegan, I would have appreciated dairy milk in the fridge. There were no bottles of water provided, so I had to use tap water or buy some. The TV didn't work, though I used my tablet in the evenings. The toilet paper on the dispenser appeared partially used, which made me question whether the room had been checked thoroughly. Overall, this coliving made a good first impression, but missing these basic items undermined the stay.

I found there was less furniture than I expected but overall I like the place.

Oh my god I love this host. I just keep thinking, when do I get to go back?!The moment you step into the host's incredibly stylish lobby you are met with a feeling of calm. It feels comfortable, creative, and inviting. The staff are great and the air conditioning is top tier. It’s a must-stay during the summer heat of London.The room is gorgeous and the bed is delightful. Beautiful soaps in the bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. Everything is very very clean.The pool and sauna area are just gorgeous…. And a great gym too. Don’t get me started on the host's cinema room, which comes along with showings set by weekly themes. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was playing in the host's cozy comfy theatre room. It all makes you feel spoiled and goes above and beyond the price you pay. Luxurious yet modest all at once.*Note: apparently at certain hours you can request to watch your own movie in there.Staff are so nice. You’re located right next to the canal and near everything you need.Thank you to the host for an amazing stay and great value. I usually forget about the places I stay, but this one is etched into my mind til nexttime!

Friendly and informal ambiance concentrating on health conscious young people and digital nomads. Rooms small but functional. Clean. Good gym and 10 m swimming pool. Best thing was the lovely staff, which could not be more friendly or helpful, even to us oldies. Downstairs there is a good bar and canalside restaurant with tapas style and more substantial plates.Breakfast was excellent, and at £15 a bargain. Again, very informal, lots of healthy options.
