Wonderful coliving with very kind and helpful employees! The studios have everything you need, with a comfortable bed and windows to open. If you are an open window sleeper, let them know at check-in, as the rooms facing the street can get loud with the two pubs around the corner. Breakfast was amazing; it was small, but everything there is absolutely delicious and was perfect for us. Best granola in the world, fresh fruit salad, vegan yogurt and milk options, fresh croissants, and I was in heaven with the rhubarb compote! Our only critique would be all the home office users at breakfast. During the week, you barely find a seat and are surrounded by computer users—every table is taken by one person on a laptop or phone. The spa is also very nice, but a heads up: if you are traveling with kids, they are only allowed in the pool between 10 AM–12 PM. This was quite a disappointment for us. The train station is conveniently located but takes a while to get to the sites, which we didn't mind. Bikes are amazing for biking through Notting Hill. We will definitely come back and want to say a huge thank you to everyone working there! You guys are incredible!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful, and the amenities were a real highlight that added great value to the experience.

There were a few minor downsides. The bed size was too small for us as a couple. The double felt quite small and made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep (though it would likely be fine for a solo guest). The Wi-Fi was unreliable, with frequent dropouts and slow speeds.

A few simple additions would make a big difference: a kettle in the room for a quick cup of tea, and an iron and ironing board for convenience. We also found the TV remote didn’t have working batteries, and the app was somewhat difficult to set up.

With a few small improvements, this could easily be an excellent stay.

But thanks again to the team as they were fantastic throughout 👏👏

Great gym, sauna, steam room, and pool! Very clean and lovely staff!

Really nice coliving. Rooms small but clean, comfortable, efficient. Great shower. Blanket in full cover case rather than under a sheet.

Our stay at the coliving was lovely throughout - check-in was smooth, and checks were undertaken to ensure the room was good to go given ours was a last-minute booking. The staff at reception was warm and detailed in her explanation of all the facilities - and gave us free breakfast on top, which was such a lovely touch. The location was excellent with great transport links around, and the room had everything we needed, with the facilities being great for work, which I didn’t need this time but definitely good to have.

I received a room that accommodates individuals with disabilities, but I found the bathroom layout challenging to navigate. Additionally, coffee from the barista is not included with breakfast, which was unexpected.

Amazing coliving with a boutique feel despite having all the facilities of a luxury brand (pool, restaurant, working areas, communal kitchens).
Location is conveniently close to Paddington but tucked away near the canals for a relaxing stay.
Works for both business travels and families and has lots to offer, including very friendly staff. Cannot recommend enough.

Very quiet area, nicely equipped rooms, exceptional staff who felt genuinely friendly and very good amenities including the swimming pool and fitness area - everything was perfect once I figured out how to switch off the kitchen light panel (took me a good 10 mins of searching)

Gorgeous coliving, simple elegant rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful, so we felt immediately at home. The real star of the show was breakfast, which was fresh and delicious; we were obsessed with the granola bowls and all the different toppings you could add. We made use of the fantastic facilities like the listening room and the spa.

Moved in here a week ago for a long term stay. Beautiful building, pool, steam, sauna, listening, bike storage, penthouse lounge, cinema - and canal food is amazing. Best decision I made. All the amenities are 10/10 but the people make it even better. A brilliant person and manager, all her team are magic. One complete star, proper credit to the team. Always happy to see with a smile. They make me laugh loads and are great to chat with. With no bills, tube across the road, and the area - for me, it's a total winner!
