Amazing stay - wonderful staff, rooms, amenities, and location. I loved the “home from home” feel and there was a lovely vibe amongst fellow guests. I will be back next time I need a “home from home” in London! Thank you to the team for going above and beyond, and a special thanks to the resident dog for the middle of the day cuddles!

It was a very nice coliving! They have nice amenities like a pool/spa to relax and a laundry room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. It is very close to the tube, which takes you anywhere in London. It is also a 15-minute walk to Notting Hill! The coliving provides great recommendations for restaurants. We visited a couple and they didn't disappoint.
The rooms can be a bit small, but they are comfortable and the service and amenities make up the difference. My partner and I would definitely stay there again if visiting London!

Not that I am very familiar with London, I don’t think I could have asked for a better place to stay my first time visiting. As a professional runner, I travel quite a bit and find the comfort and overall vibe of a place to be crucial in my having a good experience/successful training.

Whether or not you’re looking for a place to crash for a quick visit to London or a long-term stay, I would 10/10 recommend this spot. If I could afford to live here long-term, I 100000% would.

The warm lighting of the place and smooth music put any travel anxiety at ease. The breakfast buffet is top-notch. The cinema room, wow 🤩. The rooms, all you need. Nothing more, nothing less. The gym and pool? You’re truly at a spa. And free laundry is something you never see, but they have!

The location is also good. Right on the river. So many restaurants and grocery options nearby, and everything seems pretty easy to access by the tube.

And last but not least, the service is so great. I made a mistake in my booking not including the breakfast buffet (which I definitely would recommend adding to your booking), and they happily worked with me and helped me fix it.

In a beautiful world, I’d figure out a visa, move to London, live in a coliving, work part-time at a coliving, and train in their stunning gym and the beautiful countryside nearby.

The food in Canal is a little overpriced for what it is, lacking in both presentation and variety.

However, the vibe, atmosphere, staff, and mocktails were great. All of this being said, I will definitely be back, but may go for a wander into Notting Hill for a nice breakfast. I didn’t want to leave my room because my bed was so comfortable, and I felt very welcome during my stay.
