What a lovely surprise to find this gem!
The staff was really nice and welcoming.
The premises were impeccable; it was so spacious.
The coliving has:
-A listening room: where you can sit and listen to vinyl
-the whole wellness center: a gym well equipped open from 6 am to 12 pm, a pool with a sauna and a steam bath open from 7 pm to 9 pm
And multiple classes: yoga, pilates, etc.
-A laundry room
-A cinema!!!!!!???
-A rooftop where you can see London from the 10th floor.

Unfortunately, there's no cleaning service every day but every 4 days (I'm not used to it).

It is close to an underground station, but also if you like to walk: you'll enjoy the lovely streets of Notting Hill, the colorful Lancaster Road, Portobello St., etc.

Beautiful space especially for creative. You get the whole high-end coliving vibes. But with a gorgeous touch of freedom and creativity.

Great place to stay.
Rooms are small, but well equipped; staff are welcoming and helpful.
Ideal location to use the tube to get into central.

10/10 stay from start to finish. The gorgeous staff were so friendly, polite, and accommodating, letting us know all the information we needed for our stay and constantly making us feel welcome throughout. Upon arrival, we were told we had a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! The room itself was modern and clean with everything we needed, including tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. The communal areas were such a chilled vibe with loads of cosy spots to discover. We used the pool/steam room/sauna, which was so relaxing, and we were the only ones in there! Breakfast was perfect - lots to choose from, including pastries, fruit, eggs, juice, and the sourdough bread was unreal (must try). Great location less than a 5 min walk from Westbourne Park station, so easily accessible from Euston and other areas. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to London x

Beautifully designed coliving with easy access to the Underground station (2 mins walk). You can get well rested here; beds are very comfortable, and it is peaceful at night. Coliving service is very helpful; you can use the gym, swimming pool, and book a massage. Lovely stay.

Super convenient location, close to restaurants and shops.

Wonderful friendly staff who generally seem very happy to work there. A sign of good management perhaps?

We were very satisfied with our stay! The coliving has great vibes and offers lots of fun activities for guests. The team was kind and always available to help. Our room was very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable; we slept so well! Everything was clean and modern, and the location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Tube (Circle and Hammersmith lines). The pool and sauna facilities were a lovely bonus, perfect to relax after a refreshing autumn day walking around the city. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!
