Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij coliving! Faciliteiten en service/personeel zijn fantastisch. Prima kamers/studio’s, alleen wel wat kleine bedden. Locatie is goed bereikbaar met bus en metro. Al met al top kwaliteit voor wat je betaalt!

We stayed as an overnight escape from our kids and domestic responsibilities a few miles down the road. Lovely location by the canal and easy to get to by tube. Staff were lovely. Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful public areas, and breakfast very good. The pool with steam room and sauna made it feel like an out-of-town spa coliving. Like a luxury mini-break without the airport stress.

2nd time staying, everything of the very highest quality. I’ll be back. Thank you ✌️

It is a very comfortable, clean, and well-located coliving. The "Westbourne Park" metro station is 5 minutes away and the bus stop is 2 minutes away. There is an indoor pool, gym, sauna, laundry, cinema room, music room, communal kitchen (if you choose an apartment without a kitchen), and work and meeting rooms. Basic breakfast is sufficient. However, what stood out the most, in addition to the complete facilities, was the kindness of all the staff. They are very helpful and cheerful.

What a wonderful stay at this coliving; a truly unique experience from start to finish. Fabulous guest facilities including lounges, cinema room, listening room, and pool and spa area. The room was clean, modern, and very well equipped with the comfiest of beds. Loved the shower products, so much so I had to buy them before I left. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was continental and among the best I’ve experienced; the selection included fresh pastries, amazing breads, jams, eggs, and fruit salad. They even had fresh raw honeycomb, what a treat. A very special shout out to a staff member who we happened to meet in the listening room and who kindly gave us a demo of the record player and very generously gifted my daughter an amazing hoody for her birthday. All in all, a really memorable stay, and I'll be recommending it to family and friends, and no doubt be back again for a longer stay to fully appreciate all that this coliving has to offer.

Perfect and easy stay! Needed a couple of nights staycation for a great night sleep.

I stayed at this coliving for 3 months and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at reception, the grounding, housekeeping, and events teams for the amazing hospitality during my stay. Your kindness truly made it feel like home! I look forward to coming back! P.S. Please fix the tv streaming! ☺️

I often stay in London for work at my own expense, so I have a list of places that are decent but also not crazy expensive. This place is pretty much near the top of that now.
Although not the cheapest option, compared with what you would get for the same money elsewhere, this coliving stands head & shoulders above.
Location is great - a few stops to Baker St on the tube, or a short bus ride to Euston, with amenities locally if you don't want to venture too far.
Rooms are a decent size for London, and most (I believe) have kitchens so you can cook for yourself. Coffee & tea are also provided.
The gym is one of the best equipped gyms I've seen in a coliving, & the pool area is nice.
There is also a lounge area upstairs where you can work/sit to read if you want to go somewhere other than your room.
Staff are helpful & friendly.
Breakfast is continental. Not suitable if you're looking for a full English, but what is there is good quality & there are healthy options.
I almost don't want to tell people about this place so I don't struggle to get a room in future!
