My second stay at the host's property was every bit as magical as my first and, if anything, I fell even more in love with this extraordinary place.Everything about it is beautifully curated. The room was small. There was no chair or table in the room, but it was clean. The spa and fitness center are large and available for free.

It's my 3rd stay at the host and I can't think of a reason to stay anywhere else in London. The service is relaxed but on point. The rooms are so well-designed. Feels like home.

Whenever I am in London there is literally nowhere I would rather stay - especially the neighborhood. The rooms, the vibe, the restaurant, the staff, and it's just two stops from a major transit hub.

A little background – We stayed here during our trip to London and had an amazing experience. The coliving is modern, clean, comfortable, and offers so many great amenities that made our stay even better.💜 Rooms – Small but very well designed, with a comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a strong shower, and a kitchenette for storing or preparing food.💜 Service – The reception team and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.💜 Location – Close to the Underground and bus stops, with supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores just a 5-minute walk away.💜 Coliving facilities – We loved the swimming pool, saunas, fully equipped gym, free laundry room with dryers, cinema room, rooftop shared kitchen with a bean-to-cup coffee machine, beautiful rooftop terraces, restaurant, bar, bike rentals, and free activities like yoga through the coliving's app.Overall, this was one of the best coliving experiences we've had. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and all the extra facilities really enhanced our trip. We would definitely stay here again! A lot of love from Israel

It is my 3rd or 4th visit with this coliving.Although I genuinely and generally like it, I always have one or another problem re: money.On this visit, although I paid the full amount (3 days) ahead of my stay via another travel agent, I still had to pay an extra £100 as a 'retainer' in case anything got 'damaged'.Nothing did get damaged, but it takes the company an inordinately long time to return my funds and puts me in the unauthorized overdraft status.This also happened to me during my last visit when I had paid via the travel agent with one of my other credit cards. That travel agent passed the money from my credit card on to the coliving rather than using the card as simply a 'hold' on my reservation.Rather than the host simply allowing me to pay them directly when I arrived for my stay, again, it was another 'overdraft' situation.I just need my funds returned more quickly rather than holding on to my money and incurring extra and unnecessary charges!

Super beautiful and modern coliving! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is a bit "outside" and it takes at least 30 minutes to get anywhere, but I didn't mind that at all. The only downside was the bed size; it was way too small for two people, which made sleeping pretty uncomfortable. However, if you are traveling to that city solo, I would definitely recommend this coliving.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and really loved the coliving. We were in the city during the heatwave and the AC was a total lifesaver. We enjoyed the pool/sauna/steam room as well as the laundry facilities. And the restaurant was wonderful! Highly recommend.
