I residenti devono inoltre pagare una tariffa amministrativa di ingresso/imbarco pari a 500 euro (IVA inclusa) e una tariffa amministrativa di uscita/check-out pari a 150 euro (IVA inclusa).
Utenze e bollette: Le utenze sono incluse nel prezzo, con un tetto massimo di 50 euro al mese per camera.
Servizi di pulizia: La pulizia delle aree comuni è inclusa settimanalmente. La pulizia delle camere private è opzionale e disponibile al costo di 50 euro al mese.
