Een woning huren is ongelooflijk moeilijk voor een internationale huurder of iemand zonder krediet. En voor iedereen die de kosten wil delen, is het vinden van een goede, betrouwbare huisgenoot nog een enorme hindernis. En dan hebben we het er nog niet eens over gehad of de woning wel goed onderhouden is en er echt uitziet zoals op de foto's in de advertenties.
Van begin tot eind vertoonden de meeste verhuurbedrijven gebreken. Het enige wat hen onderscheidde waren hun tekortkomingen, hetzij in een specifiek deel van het verhuurproces of in het hele proces. Daarom besloten ze hun krachten te bundelen en hier voor eens en altijd een einde aan te maken.
Ze hebben de hele ervaring opnieuw ontworpen om te zijn zoals zij zich voorstelden dat huren in een grote metropool als Los Angeles zou moeten zijn. Ze begrijpen dat huren niet altijd betaalbaar is op zeer gewilde locaties in Los Angeles. Dus helpen ze om het haalbaar te maken voor de meeste jonge professionals en studenten door het creëren van de kamergenootervaring.
Ons doel is om een hotelachtige inrichting en netheid te creëren naast huiselijk comfort. Dat is erg belangrijk voor ons, vandaar dat we het woord gemeenschap aan onze bedrijfsnaam hebben toegevoegd. We zijn één grote, liefdevolle gemeenschap. We vinden het heerlijk om onze bewoners te ontvangen, ze gelukkig en tevreden te houden voor hoe lang ze ook willen blijven. We zijn u graag van dienst.

Lease signing was easy and simple. I signed a twelve-month lease before reading all the reviews and having a brother check out the spot for me. The host was awesome to work with and very happy to answer all of my questions. I will follow up as the lease continues if anything notable comes up.
