Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass man sich vergewissern muss, dass die Wohnung gut instand gehalten wird und tatsächlich so aussieht wie auf den Bildern in den Inseraten.
Die meisten Vermietungsunternehmen waren von Anfang bis Ende mangelhaft. Lease signing was easy and simple. I signed a twelve-month lease before reading all the reviews and having a brother check out the spot for me. The host was awesome to work with and very happy to answer all of my questions. I will follow up as the lease continues if anything notable comes up.
