Und für alle, die sich die Kosten teilen wollen, ist die Suche nach einem guten, zuverlässigen Mitbewohner eine weitere große Hürde. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass man sich vergewissern muss, dass die Wohnung gut instand gehalten wird und tatsächlich so aussieht wie auf den Bildern in den Inseraten.
Die meisten Vermietungsunternehmen waren von Anfang bis Ende mangelhaft. Das Einzige, was sie unterschied, waren ihre Unzulänglichkeiten, entweder in einem bestimmten Teil des Vermietungsprozesses oder im gesamten Prozess. Deshalb beschlossen sie, ihre Kräfte zu bündeln und dem ein für alle Mal ein Ende zu setzen.

Das ist uns sehr wichtig, deshalb haben wir das Wort Gemeinschaft in unseren Firmennamen aufgenommen. Wir sind eine große, liebevolle Gemeinschaft.
