Do princípio ao fim, a maior parte das empresas de aluguer de casas tinham falhas. A única coisa que as diferenciava eram as suas falhas, quer numa parte específica do processo de aluguer, quer ao longo de todo o processo. Foi por isso que decidiram unir forças e pôr fim a esta situação de uma vez por todas.
Redesenharam toda a experiência para que fosse a forma como imaginavam que deveria ser o aluguer numa grande cidade metropolitana como Los Angeles. Lease signing was easy and simple. I signed a twelve-month lease before reading all the reviews and having a brother check out the spot for me. The host was awesome to work with and very happy to answer all of my questions. I will follow up as the lease continues if anything notable comes up.
