Do princípio ao fim, a maior parte das empresas de aluguer de casas tinham falhas. A única coisa que as diferenciava eram as suas falhas, quer numa parte específica do processo de aluguer, quer ao longo de todo o processo. Foi por isso que decidiram unir forças e pôr fim a esta situação de uma vez por todas.
Redesenharam toda a experiência para que fosse a forma como imaginavam que deveria ser o aluguer numa grande cidade metropolitana como Los Angeles. The host has been great so far. A staff member helped me get my room so quickly; they were very nice, accommodating, flexible, and professional. I was able to see different options on the same day, and the property seems very clean and organized. I just moved in, so hopefully everything continues this way. So far I am very happy with the process.
