Alquilar un lugar es increíblemente difícil para un inquilino internacional o alguien que carece de crédito. Y, para cualquiera que quiera compartir gastos, encontrar un compañero de piso bueno y fiable es otro obstáculo enorme. Por no hablar de que asegurarse de que el lugar está bien mantenido y se parece realmente a las fotos de los anuncios era otra preocupación.
De principio a fin, la mayoría de las empresas de alquiler eran deficientes. Lo único que las diferenciaba eran sus deficiencias, ya fuera en una parte concreta del proceso de alquiler o en todo el proceso. Por eso decidieron unir fuerzas y acabar con esto de una vez por todas.
Rediseñaron toda la experiencia para que fuera como ellos imaginaban que debía ser el alquiler en una gran ciudad metropolitana como Los Ángeles. Entienden que el alquiler no siempre es asequible en los lugares más codiciados de Los Ángeles. Por lo tanto, ayudan a que sea asequible para la mayoría de los jóvenes profesionales y estudiantes mediante la creación de la experiencia de compañeros de piso.
Nuestro objetivo es crear una configuración y limpieza similares a las de un hotel, además de una comodidad hogareña. Es muy importante para nosotros, de ahí que hayamos añadido la palabra comunidad al nombre de nuestra empresa. Somos una gran comunidad llena de amor.
