Affittare una casa è incredibilmente difficile per un inquilino internazionale o per chi non ha credito. Inoltre, per chi vuole dividere i costi, trovare un coinquilino valido e affidabile è un altro grande ostacolo. Per non parlare del fatto che assicurarsi che la casa sia ben tenuta e che assomigli davvero alle foto degli annunci era un'altra preoccupazione.
Dall'inizio alla fine, la maggior parte delle società di affitto si sono rivelate inefficaci. L'unica cosa che le differenziava erano le loro carenze, sia in una parte specifica del processo di noleggio che nell'intero processo. Per questo motivo hanno deciso di unire le forze e di porre fine a questa situazione una volta per tutte.
Hanno ridisegnato l'intera esperienza per creare il modo in cui immaginavano dovesse essere l'affitto in una grande città metropolitana come Los Angeles. Sono consapevoli del fatto che l'affitto non è sempre accessibile nelle zone più ambite di Los Angeles. Per questo motivo, hanno contribuito a renderlo accessibile alla maggior parte dei giovani professionisti e studenti creando l'esperienza del coinquilino.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di creare un ambiente e una pulizia simili a quelli di un hotel, oltre al comfort di una casa.
