But that’s not it; visiting digital nomads can enjoy the annual Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Carnival, the highlight of any islander’s calendar.
While remote working in the city, you can visit many historic neighborhoods, such as the Arenales, which is home to the El Obelisco, and the La Isleta, which features a lot of the old parts of the city. Remote workers will love the trendy pedestrianized streets connecting Bravo Murillo to the Plaza Cairasco and enjoy the restaurants and a glass of something in the evening. Outside the city is a well-known wonder called the Caldera de Bandama. This geological site is well worth the 200m hike down, so get those hiking shoes on.

Many locals use the super affordable city bike system when not using the buses, but you can also use the ferry to hop around the other islands during your time.
