A comunidade Coliving está no centro do que fazemos. O nosso objetivo é alimentar e melhorar o movimento. O coliving, nas suas várias formas, é a resposta a muitos dos problemas do mundo. Cada um dos nossos espaços é único e prometemos fazer com que se sinta em casa onde quer que esteja. Somos sonhadores como tu. As experiências no nosso espaço de coliving trazem sentimentos novos. Acreditamos que o conhecimento é poder, mas também deve ser partilhado. Estamos a permitir que todos tenham acesso ao mundo coliving. Dispomos de 7 estúdios para aluguer mensal. -Cada estúdio acomoda 3 pessoas no total, 2 no quarto (no andar de cima), 1 na sala de estar (no andar de baixo).
É composto por:
-No andar de cima: Α cama queen-size (60X80 polegadas ou 158X200 cm), ar condicionado, televisão de ecrã plano e uma bonita casa de banho elegante que o isolará do stress (toalhas de qualidade fornecidas)
-No andar de baixo: uma sala de estar colorida, 1 cama de solteiro, uma cozinha totalmente equipada com mesa de jantar, forno e fogão combinados, ventilador. Quadros, esculturas, cerâmicas e porcelanas por todo o lado.
-Oferecemos também: Cozinha totalmente equipada - Espaço de trabalho no quarto (secretária) - Espaço de trabalho fora do quarto. - Espaço de trabalho no terraço do telhado (baloiços) - Espaço de coworking interior para 15 pessoas.

Beautiful place, awesome host, great apartments. I stayed for a month and worked remotely almost the entire time. The pool is just great, especially after a few hours of meetings. There are multiple gardens where one can sit and read, or work. The hosts are fantastic, just really great people. Highly recommend it to everybody.
The hosts are really kind, warm and helpful. The accommodation is as shown in the photos. However, if you are sensitive to noise, this coliving may not be the best option for you. After the first night, we had to change apartments due to a very loud construction site only 3 meters away from our bed within the residence. Even after that, our nights were short due to the village youth gathering every evening just across (20 meters away) and revving their mopeds around the church until 1 am. In the courtyard, there is a fountain running all night long and on Sundays and holidays, ear-piercing church bells ring loudly for what feels like half an eternity (20 meters away). Of course, this is not something that can be controlled by the host but perhaps they should not advertise it as quiet or maybe have a conversation with the village youth. We ended up leaving earlier because of this but it could also just be personal oversensitivity. The cleanliness was okay - walking around barefoot on the rooftop terrace left us with black feet and there was a strange smell of cheese in the pool area. There were cobwebs in corners and seat cushions were quite greasy especially since they were constantly occupied by two rather unkempt cats. The furniture was mostly old and worn out. Overall, we have stayed at much more modern and beautiful accommodations on Crete for less money (comparing average price per night).
