La comunità di Coliving è al centro di ciò che facciamo. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di alimentare e valorizzare il movimento. La convivenza, in tutte le sue varie forme, è la risposta a molti dei problemi del mondo. Ognuno dei nostri spazi è unico e promettiamo di farvi sentire a casa ovunque vi troviate. Siamo sognatori proprio come voi. Le esperienze nei nostri spazi di coliving fanno nascere nuove sensazioni. Crediamo che la conoscenza sia un potere, ma anche che debba essere condivisa. Offriamo 7 monolocali in affitto mensile. -Ogni studio può ospitare 3 persone in totale, 2 in camera da letto (al piano superiore), 1 in soggiorno (al piano inferiore).
È composto da:
-Al piano superiore: letto matrimoniale (60X80 pollici o 158X200 cm), aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto e un bellissimo bagno elegante che vi isolerà dallo stress (asciugamani di qualità forniti).
-Al piano inferiore: un soggiorno colorato, 1 letto singolo, una cucina completamente attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo, forno e piastre combinate, ventilatore. Dipinti, sculture, ceramiche e porcellane ovunque.
-Offriamo anche: Cucina completamente attrezzata - Spazio di lavoro in camera (scrivania) - Spazio di lavoro fuori dalla camera. - Spazio di lavoro nella terrazza sul tetto (altalene) - Spazio di coworking interno per 15 persone.

Beautiful place, awesome host, great apartments. I stayed for a month and worked remotely almost the entire time. The pool is just great, especially after a few hours of meetings. There are multiple gardens where one can sit and read, or work. The hosts are fantastic, just really great people. Highly recommend it to everybody.
The hosts are really kind, warm and helpful. The accommodation is as shown in the photos. However, if you are sensitive to noise, this coliving may not be the best option for you. After the first night, we had to change apartments due to a very loud construction site only 3 meters away from our bed within the residence. Even after that, our nights were short due to the village youth gathering every evening just across (20 meters away) and revving their mopeds around the church until 1 am. In the courtyard, there is a fountain running all night long and on Sundays and holidays, ear-piercing church bells ring loudly for what feels like half an eternity (20 meters away). Of course, this is not something that can be controlled by the host but perhaps they should not advertise it as quiet or maybe have a conversation with the village youth. We ended up leaving earlier because of this but it could also just be personal oversensitivity. The cleanliness was okay - walking around barefoot on the rooftop terrace left us with black feet and there was a strange smell of cheese in the pool area. There were cobwebs in corners and seat cushions were quite greasy especially since they were constantly occupied by two rather unkempt cats. The furniture was mostly old and worn out. Overall, we have stayed at much more modern and beautiful accommodations on Crete for less money (comparing average price per night).
