Wir bieten 7 Studios zur monatlichen Vermietung an. -Jedes Studio bietet Platz für insgesamt 3 Personen, 2 im Schlafzimmer (oben), 1 im Wohnzimmer (unten).
Es besteht aus:
-Im Obergeschoss: Α cocomat Queen-Bett (60X80 Zoll oder 158X200 cm), AC, Flachbild-TV, und ein schönes, stilvolles Bad, das Sie weg von Stress isolieren wird (Qualität Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt)
-Unten: ein farbenfrohes Wohnzimmer, 1 Einzelbett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, Backofen und Kochplatten, Ventilator. Gemälde, Skulpturen, Töpferwaren und Porzellan überall.
-Wir bieten auch an: Voll ausgestattete Küche - Arbeitsbereich im Zimmer (Schreibtisch) - Arbeitsbereich außerhalb des Zimmers. - Arbeitsbereich auf der Dachterrasse (Schaukeln) - Coworking Space im Innenbereich für 15 Personen.

The host is one of a kind! I loved every minute of staying here. From the moment I called the host, to getting there and settling in, everything was so great! The owner is incredibly warm, always helpful and very communicative. If I ever needed any help or had a question, he was immediately available to help. The whole place was designed by the owner's mother, and every room has been done up so aesthetically.
I loved my apartment, and it felt like home. The cleaners who come once a week are truly wonderful and leave the apartment sparkling!
The property is situated in a really good part of the city, away from the busyness of the city center and yet close to it. It has a supermarket and pharmacy within a few minutes' walk, really good tavernas, and a gorgeous bakery & café next to it. I'd go down every morning for my coffee, and meet the lovely locals who frequent it.
I found it so easy to work from here - the WiFi is fast, the apartments very comfortable, and there's even a kitchen if you'd like to cook, with everything you need.
I cannot recommend this incredible place enough!

The owners were incredibly warm, helpful, very prompt in communication, and always available when needed. The entire place is aesthetically and thoughtfully designed by the owners, where every room is unique and has its own character, designed keeping the smallest detail in mind.
