La communauté de vie est au centre de nos préoccupations. Notre objectif est d'entretenir et d'améliorer le mouvement. La colocation sous toutes ses formes est la réponse à de nombreux problèmes dans le monde. Chacun de nos espaces est unique et nous nous engageons à ce que vous vous sentiez chez vous, où que vous soyez. Nous sommes des rêveurs comme vous. Les expériences vécues dans nos espaces de vie apportent des sentiments nouveaux. Nous pensons que la connaissance est un pouvoir, mais qu'elle doit aussi être partagée. Nous proposons 7 studios en location mensuelle. Chaque studio peut accueillir 3 personnes au total, 2 dans la chambre (à l'étage), 1 dans le salon (au rez-de-chaussée).
Il se compose de :
-A l'étage : Α cocomat queen bed (60X80 pouces ou 158X200 cm), AC, flat-screen TV, et une belle salle de bain élégante qui vous isolera du stress (serviettes de qualité fournies).
-En bas : un salon coloré, 1 lit simple, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec table à manger, four et plaques de cuisson combinés, ventilateur. Peintures, sculptures, poteries et porcelaines sont omniprésentes.
-Nous offrons également : Cuisine entièrement équipée - Espace de travail dans la chambre (bureau) - Espace de travail à l'extérieur de la chambre. - Espace de travail dans la terrasse sur le toit (balançoires) - Espace de coworking intérieur pour 15 personnes.
Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés.

The host is one of a kind! I loved every minute of staying here. From the moment I called the host, to getting there and settling in, everything was so great! The owner is incredibly warm, always helpful and very communicative. If I ever needed any help or had a question, he was immediately available to help. The whole place was designed by the owner's mother, and every room has been done up so aesthetically.
I loved my apartment, and it felt like home. The cleaners who come once a week are truly wonderful and leave the apartment sparkling!
The property is situated in a really good part of the city, away from the busyness of the city center and yet close to it. It has a supermarket and pharmacy within a few minutes' walk, really good tavernas, and a gorgeous bakery & café next to it. I'd go down every morning for my coffee, and meet the lovely locals who frequent it.
I found it so easy to work from here - the WiFi is fast, the apartments very comfortable, and there's even a kitchen if you'd like to cook, with everything you need.
I cannot recommend this incredible place enough!

The owners were incredibly warm, helpful, very prompt in communication, and always available when needed. The entire place is aesthetically and thoughtfully designed by the owners, where every room is unique and has its own character, designed keeping the smallest detail in mind.
