About Calergi Residence
Coliving community lies at the center of what we do. We aim to nurture and enhance the movement. Coliving in all its various forms is the answer to many of the world's problems. Each of our spaces are unique and we promise to make you feel at home wherever you are. We are dreamers just like you. The experiences at our coliving space bring new-born feelings. We believe knowledge is power but it is also meant to be shared. We are enabling everyone to have access to the coliving world. We offer 7 studios for monthly rental. -Each studio sleeps 3 persons in total, 2 in bedroom (upstairs), 1 in living-room (downstairs).
It consists of:
-Upstairs: Α cocomat queen bed (60X80 inches or 158X200 cm) , AC, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful stylish bathroom that will isolate you away from stress (quality towels provided)
-Downstairs: a colorful living-room, 1 single bes, a fully equiped kitchen with dining table, combined oven and hobs, fan. Paintings, sculpture works, pottery and porcelain everywhere.
-We also offer: Fully equipped kitchen - Working space in the room (desk) - Working space outside the room. - Working space in the roof-top terrace (swings) - Indoors coworking space for 15 people.

One of the best of the best colivings,
Its big, beautiful view and only 23 minutes walk to the big city; taxi is 10 euros for a 10 min ride, perfecto. Also, the owners are such sweet people.
Beautiful place, awesome people, great apartments. I stayed for a month and worked remotely almost the entire time. The pool is just great, especially after a few hours of meetings. There are multiple gardens where one can sit and read, or work. The people are fantastic, just really great individuals. Highly recommend it to everybody.
Nice coliving in a lovely neighborhood
The hosts are really kind, warm and helpful. The accommodation is as shown in the photos. However, if you are sensitive to noise, this coliving may not be the best option for you. After the first night, we had to change apartments due to a very loud construction site only 3 meters away from our bed within the residence. Even after that, our nights were short due to the village youth gathering every evening just across (20 meters away) and revving their mopeds around the church until 1 am. In the courtyard, there is a fountain running all night long and on Sundays and holidays, ear-piercing church bells ring loudly for what feels like half an eternity (20 meters away). Of course, this is not something that can be controlled by the host but perhaps they should not advertise it as quiet or maybe have a conversation with the village youth. We ended up leaving earlier because of this but it could also just be personal oversensitivity. The cleanliness was okay - walking around barefoot on the rooftop terrace left us with black feet and there was a strange smell of cheese in the pool area. There were cobwebs in corners and seat cushions were quite greasy especially since they were constantly occupied by two rather unkempt cats. The furniture was mostly old and worn out. Overall, we have stayed at much more modern and beautiful accommodations on Crete for less money (comparing average price per night).

Beautiful apartment complex run by the perfect host, Manolis, just a couple of minutes away from Rethymnon.
I had a wonderful experience staying here! Manolis, our host, was fantastic, and the weekly cleaning service really made our stay enjoyable. Each apartment is uniquely furnished with attention to detail, adding a special touch to the place. One thing to keep in mind is that you'll definitely need a car, as the buses aren't very frequent, and walking to Rethymnon isn't really an option.
