This is a thoughtfully restored 1920s shophouse that blends heritage charm with contemporary design. Part of an award-winning architectural series, this home showcases preserved elements like exposed brick, timber panels, and ceramic ventilation tiles, paired with modern interiors designed by KD Architects with FARM.

The space is defined by a striking linear layout, highlighted by a monolithic lap pool on the ground floor that guides you through the home from front to back. Common areas are elevated with curated artwork, creating a unique and inspiring living environment.

Residents enjoy a full communal kitchen, generous shared spaces, and a functional swimming pool. Most rooms feature spacious ensuite bathrooms, offering both privacy and comfort.

This is ideal for those who appreciate design, culture, and a vibrant shared living experience in one of Singapore’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look at a combination of factors such as your ability to meet rental commitments, your background (work or study), and how well you align with a shared living environment. Our goal is to build a respectful, like-minded community where everyone feels comfortable.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Policies

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

We understand that having friends or family over is an important part of feeling at home 😊

Daytime visitors are absolutely welcome! You’re free to host guests in the common areas or your private space, as long as everyone is respectful of the community and shared spaces.

For overnight stays, we typically require prior approval from the management team. This helps us ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all residents. If you’re planning to have someone stay over, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to help coordinate.
