We are located at the top of the Andes mountain range. We have large spaces where you can disconnect from the city and connect with nature and your ideas.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Yes, you can extend or shorten your stay, as long as you let us know in advance. We would wait at least 1 week to receive your decision.

Do you accept co-signers?

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
