Our meticulously renovated house offers a serene ambiance and modern comforts, easily accessible by bus or car with free street parking. Immerse yourself in a haven of relaxation with our thoughtfully furnished spaces.

Delight in the culinary arts in our kitchen, equipped with a large fridge, microwave, oven, grill, dishwasher, Italian coffee machine, and more.

The village's amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy, are just a short stroll away. Stay connected to your work while savoring the Italian dolce vita in our
ideal home away from home. Discover tranquility in our outdoor space, boasting south-facing views of magnificent mountains, perfect for yoga or unwinding with a refreshing Aperol.

The location allows a large number of excursions to be done alone or in groups. For example, hikes from the house, via ferrata, visiting the famous villas of Lake Como, swimming in the
lake or renting a boat for a magical afternoon. In the summer, there are a lot of village festivals to take part in. The inhabitants of the valley are very proud of the atmosphere, traditions, and keep them going. During the evening, we like to go out for one (or more) drinks in the village bars, where we are always wonderfully welcorned. We also like to spend cozy evenings at the
Casa eating together, playing board games, or watching a good movie.

Will I have privacy?

Of course, each room is private and can be locked with a key. The house is also big, and you'll always find an area where you can chill and meditate on your own or read a book quietly.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, in principle. We are pet-friendly and love animals ourselves. However, it's important that you ask us first so that we can check if it suits everyone living there at the moment (no allergies, etc.).
Pets must be well educated and respect the house as well as the other inhabitants.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

The price indicated is for a room for one person. It is also mentioned how much more it would cost if a partner or friend stayed in the same room.
The payment must be made per room, not per person.

Is there a designated space for work?

There is a quiet room dedicated to work where around 10 people can work simultaneously and comfortably. If you prefer enjoying a beautiful view and the outdoors, you can also work on the terrace and plug your device there.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Mostly digital nomads who want to find a second home away from home. Individuals who are curious to meet new people and want to discover the luxurious nature around them, who are happy to share an Aperol with their new friends on the terrace, but also who respect the peace of everyone.
