Will I have privacy?

Of course, the rooms are individual so that each resident has their own space to rest comfortably.
The entrance is independent, so you can enter and leave the property without any problem.
All rooms have locks and black out curtains.

Are pets allowed?

If pets are accepted, but we have limited space, please check with us to ensure space is available.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

No, each room is individual, with the exception of the largest room (designed for 2 people), so the rate is designed to cover the services of a single person.

Is there a designated space for work?

Yes, we have a spacious office equipped with several work desks, a whiteboard, good lighting, a comfortable reading chair, air conditioning, and heating.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Our residents tend to be young people, with an average age of 28, coming from various parts of Bolivia and abroad.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

We consider compatibility with our current residents, values of respect, honesty, and a desire to get to know our beautiful country.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

If necessary, you can request an extended departure time, please inform us of your request in advance.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Yes, you can modify your stay, as long as you inform us 1 month in advance.

Do you accept co-signers?

Visitors are allowed between 9am - 22:00. We do not allowed overnight visitors

What is the policy on alcohol?

You can enjoy a drink; we only ask that you maintain respect and take care of the little house.

yes, all rooms are fully furnished.

Food is not included, but you can request meals to be prepared for you at an extra charge.

We clean once per week. Generally every Monday.

What are the nationalities of the other residents?

Most of the residents are Bolivian, and we have also had the fortune of hosting French, Brazilian, and Spanish guests.

Are my belongings safe?

Of course, the property has security and cameras in the exterior areas. Each room also has a door lock and a personal key.

Can I lock my bedroom door?

Of course.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

We have 2 security guards on the block, a security camera, an electric fence, and a smart lock.

Is the neighborhood safe?

It is a very safe residential neighborhood, with a police station nearby and 24-hour security.

Are there any good restaurants nearby?

Yes, we could recommend neighborhood restaurants like "Palo Bello" and cafés like "El Barista" and "Tartina." Also, since you are in a strategic point of the city, you will find an endless variety of restaurants just 10 or 15 minutes away, either in the city center or in commercial areas.

What public transportation is available?

One block from the house, you will find a variety of public transportation options to access different areas of the city. You can also use app-based taxis.
