A typical coliving community is comprised of young professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and remote workers, usually between ages 20 and 40, who seek a sense of community and shared living. These communities are often built around a specific theme, such as wellness, tech, or creativity, but also attract individuals who simply value the flexibility, affordability, and opportunities for connection that coliving offers. Residents are typically a mix of temporary and long-term members, and a screening process helps ensure compatibility within the group.
